Explanation: It measures the rapid and accurate compressive strength of concrete, mortar and brick in place. The Windsor ® Pin system, a non-explosive tool, uses a spring-loaded device to stab a steel pin into concrete (mortar or other material). The penetration depth of the needle is associated with the compressive strength of the material being tested. Removable Chuck and small pin size facilitate the testing of mortar joints; it is the only system for testing the strength of brick mortar joints on site.
