Producing a homogeneous concrete sample requires effective mixing. Pan type concrete mixers are designed for efficient mixing of both dry and wet materials.
The difference between the FR-b018 mixer and the pan type Fr-b017 mixer, traditionally used in concrete Laboratories, is that it provides more homogeneous mixture preparation in a short time and has a second engine that rotates the mixing pallets in the opposite direction to the pan type chamber rotation direction.
The mixing chamber can be tilted forward in a controlled manner for the purpose of discharging and separated from the mixer by cleaning match when the mixing process is finished. The dimensional volume of the mixing chamber is 100 liters, the effective mixing capacity is 56 liters.
Designed to open approximately 120 degrees for easy access to the mixing chamber, the top cover keeps the mixing blades at a constant height during the mixing process. The mixer is equipped with rubber wheels for easy portability.
All Mixer parts with IP55 protection are painted and galvanized against corrosion.
