Explanation:
The device is used to measure air content in fresh concrete. It consists of a flanged cylindrical container with a capacity of 7 liters and a flanged cover with a pressure gauge(pressure gauge), air pump, air cell, air relief valve, water inlet and relief valves. The pressure gauge is divided by 0.1% up to 6% air content and 0.2% between 6% and 10% air content. It is not affected by the change in environmental pressure.
The device is suitable for a maximum aggregate size of 50 mm.
It measures air content up to 22%. Grain size em is suitable for concrete produced with aggregates up to 63 mm large.
