Explanation:
Bored automatic cement bending / pressing Test press is designed for reliable and consistent testing of bending tests of 40x40x160 mm mortar prism molds and pressing tests of 40x40mm parts or 50×50 mm and 70.7 mm mortar cubes after bending tests.
The device is manufactured in accordance with all en, ASTM and BS standards written above, as well as CE norms for the safety and health of the operator.
Pressing and bending jigs, intermediate distance parts and transparent front and rear doors that can also be installed and decoupled (must be installed in the factory) must be ordered separately.
The automatic cement bending / pressing Test press allows even inexperienced operators to use it.
The operations that need to be done are quite simple and are as follows;
* Setting Test parameters, including speed ratio• selecting the pressure or bending body using the valve• selecting the capacity of the body (to call the required load cell calibration values)• taking the body to the bending or pressing part using the load cell fluid (up/down)• pressing the start button on the control unit
Automatic Cement Bending / Pressing Test Press Consists Of The Following Parts;
• Two column loading body• * automatic hydraulic power unit• * Digital Data Acquisition and Control System.
Cement Bending & Pressing Loading Body
In the loading body, high quality load cells of 15 kN and 250 KN are used to take high-precision load measurements.
All bodies have 16 165 mm plates and should be used with appropriate bending or pressing jigs.
Intermediate Distance Decks
Thanks to the modular design of the frames, any sample with the appropriate size, load and speed can be tested in both parts by reducing the distance between the plates.
Top Plates
The top plates made of high quality steel are hardened (more than 53 HRC), flattened.
The surface roughness value of pressure plates and additional headers is 3.2 um.
Loading Roller Parts & Limit Switch
A one-way moving piston is available in the loading bodies. Piston diameters vary according to the capacity of the device.
The maximum piston travel distance is 50mm. Against overload, the device has a Limit switch that limits the Piston travel distance.
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT AND DIGITAL DATA ACQUISITION & CONTROL SYSTEM
Hydraulic Power Unit
The automatic hydraulic power unit has double stage pump.
Controlled by a digital Reading unit, it is designed to transfer oil to the piston in a controlled manner to ensure the necessary pressure in the loading body.
The power unit, which is quite quiet, can load with ±5% accuracy between 0.05 and 2.4 kN/SEC.
Fast loading pump and safety valve (maximum pressure valve) are standard with the device to prevent overloading.
Double Stage Pump
Double stage pump consists of two groups.
1. High flow low pressure gear pump2. High pressure radial piston pump
High flow low pressure gear pump is used for fast preloading.
A high-pressure radial piston pump provides the high-pressure oil needed for testing.
Thanks to the fast loading pump, the device automatically starts loading quickly, the fast approach ends when the sample contacts the top plate, and the loading continues at the speed selected by the user, and automatically stops when the sample is broken. This, in turn, allows the user to conduct many experiments in a short time.
Engine
The AC motor controlled by the motor inventor drives the double stage pump.
The change in oil flow is achieved by changing the rotation speed of the engine.
The maximum operating pressure of the system is 400 Bar.
Distribution Block
The distribution block is used to control the flow direction of the oil provided by the double stage pump.
On the distribution block are solenoid valve, safety valve (maximum pressure valve), pressure transducer, high flow low pressure gear pump and high pressure radial piston pump.
Oil Tank
The oil tank contains enough oil to fill the hydraulic system and push the piston during the experiment.
The oil level and temperature can be seen from the indicator available above the oil tank.
The Tank has a capacity of 25 L. Number 46 hydraulic engine oil should be used.
Digital data collection and Control System
The unit is designed to control the machine and process data from load cells or pressure transducers.
All operations are controlled from the front panel consisting of the LCD screen and function keys.
The unit has an easy-to-use menu.
Load speed and load values can be monitored in the digital graphic display unit.
Digital graphic display can draw a real-time “load & time” chart
Software
Company, laboratory and sample information can be entered into the program. ” Load & time ” chart, test reports and sample reports can be obtained
