The inner chamber of the water bath and the insulated outer casing are made of stainless steel. FORE Le Chatelier water bath reaches boiling point in 30 minutes with the help of two separate heater units. In order to adjust the time of transportation to the boiling point, there is a timer-timer on the water bath. At the end of this period, one of the heaters is disabled for the purpose of saving energy, and the water temperature is kept at boiling point with the other heater unit. It comes with a removable rack and lid where 12 molds can be placed.
Le Chatelier molds must be ordered separately.
