Explanation: Universal hydraulic Iron tensile testing machine (600 / 1000 KN capacity) is designed to test the structural values of iron materials such as yield strength and tensile strength. In addition to tensile tests, Universal testers can also be used for compression tests up to the capacity of the device.
To Test core samples up to 100mm, the top plate must be ordered separately.
The 600 kN/1000 KN capacity Universal Tester provides maximum safety with a limit switch on the lower jaws, as well as safety control valves in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic power unit operates quite quietly.
0-40 mm flat and 8-32 mm round samples can be tested on the housing with a capacity of 600 kN and 0-40 mm flat and 8-40 mm round samples can be tested on the housing with a capacity of 1000 kN. User-friendly hydraulic grips comply with the standards.
The load cell is used to measure stress. Voltage measurement is carried out by Electronic displacement sensor.
Tests can be performed fully automatically by digital control unit or computer. The device completes the test with the set loading speed and automatically returns to the starting position.
The opening between the jaws can be adjusted with a motor drive.
HYDRAULIC GRIPS
Hydraulic jaws completely stop the possibility of the specimen slipping (stripping) from the jaws and provide accurate and precise stress measurements.
Hydraulic grips are quite safe and user friendly. Hydraulic Grips have independent hydraulic power unit operating with 400 bar pressure.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT AND DIGITAL DATA ACQUISITION & CONTROL SYSTEM
The automatic hydraulic power unit is designed to control the device and process data from the load cell or transducer on the device.
The power unit, which is quite quiet, can load with ±5% accuracy between 2mm/min and 18mm/min. To prevent overloading, the safety valve (maximum pressure valve) is provided as standard with the device.
All operations of the graphic display are controlled from the LCD screen. There are 2 analog channels for Load cell or transducer.
Easy-to-use menu. All menu options are displayed at the same time, and the operator can activate the desired option or enter a numeric value to set the test parameters. Digital graphic display can draw stress & tension chart.
The automatic hydraulic power unit has double pump.
