Multi-purpose FORE bending bodies are designed with the aim of achieving high accuracy, reproducible experimental results with minimal deformation at maximum load. In welded steel bodies, the piston is carried by the body top head. All bodies have a one-way down stroke piston and a circuit break switch that allows the machine to stop when the piston maximum travel distance is exceeded. Maximum accuracy in load measurements is targeted and piston returns are achieved with dead weight or spring system. Load cell is used for load measurement on all bodies.
Each model, bending, breaking load, pulling in the split, pressure, etc.b. it is designed to work with all the necessary accessories for experiments. Fr-BC 293 Model 200 KN U type and FR-BC 293 model 300 kN C type bored bending body designs allow easy and practical placement of samples in the body.
The extremely rigid type C body is ideal for bending experiments as well as more sophisticated experiments such as deformation and ductility index.
Loading bodies are built in stability that will ensure accurate and reproducible results over the years.
All bodies can be connected to FORE pressure presses as a second body or used as independent bending experiment Press in conjunction with any FORE power unit.
