Explanation:

It measures the compressive strength of concrete on site, accurately and efficiently. The Windsor ® HP Probe system quickly and accurately determines the concrete compressive strength of a structure by inserting a probe into concrete with known Force. Developed and continued to be developed for 30 years, this modern system can measure concrete up to a maximum compressive strength of 17,000 PSI (110MPa). It is ruggedized for use in the construction environment and lightened to provide the user with a simpler system. It is recommended to be used with the Z-wp-700 electronic measuring device for later review or installation on a computer and to help ensure proper test results. It’s a non-destructive system. It can be used on fresh and hardened concrete with the same degree of efficiency. Equally accurate results can be obtained on horizontal or vertical surfaces, provided that the probe is thrown perpendicular to the test surface or at the correct angle.

Probe Penetration Testing Device for Concrete Testing

1) Probe penetration testing, a non-destructive testing method that does not weaken the load-bearing structure like core drilling and has been widely used in the USA since 1972, should be expanded.

2) In concrete testing with a concrete test hammer, rebound numbers are obtained based solely on surface hardness. Probe penetration testing is a much more effective method for determining the compressive strength and properties of the internal structure of concrete.
