Trailer Coring machine is designed to take coring up to 150 mm diameter from concrete, asphalt and similar hard construction materials.
It is extremely robust and reliable. It provides a smooth and precise drilling movement.
The diamond tip is equipped with a water-plucking device for cooling.
The machine includes a vertical support column bearing the punching head/motor assembly.
All running and moving parts are coated for rust protection.
The engine assembly consists of a 6.5 horsepower gasoline engine. The ball screw shaft mechanism ensures close control of drilling pressure and quick return when drilling is complete.
The trailer Coring machine is mounted on a trailer for fast and precise sampling in the field. Thanks to the 100 lt water tank, it provides continuous spraying during drilling to protect the diamond core Blade. The two-wheeled and tented trailer is equipped with brake lights/quad flares/ reflectors in accordance with road traffic regulations. The trailer also has enough space for storage of core samples. During the coring process, there are two solid legs that allow the romerk to be fixed.
