The automatic soil compactor is designed to automatically provide uniform compaction on soil samples in the laboratory, in accordance with the standards mentioned above.The drop height can be adjusted to 300 mm, 305 mm, 450 mm and 457 mm according to the standard used. The circle cross-section mallet can be fitted with 50 mm or 50.8 mm diameter mallet heads according to the standard used. Again, according to the referenced standard, the hammer weight can be adjusted to 2.5 kg or 4.5 kg a. When compressing samples in standard Proctor molds, the device operates in a fixed half-diameter orbit.
In samples in modified Proctor and CBR molds, it compresses in two orbits with different radii inside and out, providing homogeneous compression.

at the beginning of the pairing process, the number of drops to be applied to each layer in accordance with the preferred standard can be selected by the user from the digital screen. For the preparation of samples with more or less unit weight than desired, it is very important that the number of drops to be applied to each layer can be changed. The bottom table, where the mold is fixed, rotates at equal intervals, the hammer falls to different points in the mold, and the resulting distribution of drop points ensures that each layer is effectively and evenly compressed. It is also possible to adjust the number of user-preferential falls (in the inner and/or outer two orbits) by the user from the digital display.
