Explanation:

Pneumatic ring Grinder is used for very fast, reliable and efficient grinding of medium hard, hard, brittle and hard materials. It is very useful in sample preparation in laboratories and industrial facilities.
Application examples: alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, coal, coke, building materials, feldspar, glass and various materials.
The size of the input material is between 0.075 – 5 mm.

It can grind for 1-10 minutes depending on the type and size of the material.
Material loss is minimal in grinding.
The grinding rings are pneumatically compressed and connected with the air bellows.
The material is placed between the Rings and the system is vibrated and milled.
The rings are easily removed and thus ease of cleaning is provided.
Complete system sheet metal construction is taken into a cabinet and the lid is closed.
On the sample grinding section, there is a door safety switch and an adjustable time clock.
When the cover opens or the air pressure drops, it automatically stops itself.
The compressor to be used with the device must be ordered separately.
