C-CM-4000 Cor-Map® System
Explanation:
An economic method for identifying corrosion zones. A high impedance voltmeter is connected between the Cu-CuSO4 reference electrode on the concrete surface and the reinforced concrete steel, which can be measured for the semi-fringe voltage. This is a measurement of corrosion energy probability. By testing at a constant distance, a system containing semi-continuous voltage can be developed and areas can be identified. In order to analyze the results, measurements made with Cor Map ® can be displayed by drawing areas of possible corrosion energy into a system and coordination perimeter lines.
